        We stayed at the Hampton Inn Hotel on 2/7/2024, we arrived late and we just wanted to shower and go to sleep. As I was showering I notice the bathtub was not draining and after pulling the drain cap off there was a lot of disgusting clump of hair blocking the drain. I complained to the receptionist at the front desk and I sent a text message as I was told to the manager. We have not received any response from the manager. We will never stay at this hotel againPlease see attached picture. The Nebbias

        EDITED after property follow up. See below. This property should earn one star. Virtually no interior insulation in rooms. Any room near an elevator hears the roar of all elevator movement. Any conversation in hallways are heard in the rooms. Clientele is sketchy. Naked from the waist up overweight tattooed man roaming the halls. LONG line at check in. Would NEVER stay here again or recommend this property. I cannot WAIT to check out which is what I am doing as soon as I finish this review. Thanks to Christopher for responding and offering a phone number. I was able to connect directly with him and discuss details. The half-naked man was parading BY the front desk - twice, so there was no need to call the front desk about it. Anyway, Christopher was sensitive, listened and really cared about the poor experience I had. He volunteered to credit me with the hotel stay. If he does, that's a lovely gesture. If not, as a Hilton Honors member, I definitely felt heard and cared about...

      I am sorry to hear about your experience during your stay, please call the property 540-389-2424. The guests here were mainly high school wrestling teams and business people. Please call the front desk when you see things that aren't "right". in regard to shirtless man roaming the halls; we would have corrected that real quick. We can make it right but only if we know beforehand and the front desk could have helped as well. Have a great day and Safe Travels.
