Signature Properties

Been waiting on a resolution to parking for over 6 months now. Several people have 3-4 cars in our townhouse division and they all think it's ok to take up the limited parking. These concerns have been brought up several times with absolutely no solution. I have to park at the next set of townhouses several times a week because nobody wants to step up and resolve the issue. I'm sure if it were their homes they would have already taken care of it and not continued "conversations" for over 6 months to find a resolution. No problems raising HOA fees every year but just can't seem to deal with the actual issues at hand. Terrible company that has no leadership or decision-making skills to help the community and make the homeowners and renters happy.

This is a terrible hoa company. They have been nothing but rude and aggressively trying to get you pay penalties even when you have no reason to be charged them.

These guys are doing business and trading under my company name name. We are licensed through the SCC and they market under our name THEY ARE NOT SIGNATURE PROPERTIES, LLC. THEY ARE SIGNATURE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP DBA SIGNATURE PROPERTIES AND THEY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get countless calls from the tenants and associations they manage in a DAILY basis. Some are crying from and everyone complains about the lack or response. It is appalling. Today AEP called me about a past due bill for their property an hour away!!! They connected power in MY company name at 1545 Providence Blvd in Christiansburg!!!! They are terrible people and are poorly managed. Run run run away from this firm Thank you!
