It doesn't deserve a star but I have to give one to write a comment. The front disk lady always has bad attitude. Property manager always in her office with the door shut. They taking your application fee and then never contact you again. I been waiting for them for year and half They don't even approve or deny you. They have very bad customer service I am not recommend this place.

The management is sucks, when you have requests for a work order it takes months and months. Coz they ignoring your requests they lying to you, theyre not putting anything. They always trying to make excuses to push the resident out of the office. last work order request took five months still I didnt got it yet. When you going to check how long it takes they saying its not emergency you have to wait for Corporate approval, your order is on waiting list or wait for shipment etc I am not recommend this place

Lived here for many years. Was a fine place for most of the time. Recently things have changed. And for the worse. I needed a copy of my lease, and the office and the had lost it. Entirely. No written record, no PDF to print off. Had to redo my entire leasing paperwork Once a bird got into the vent above my oven (from the exhaust vent which hadn't been properly installed) In the 3 days it took maintenance to come, the first bird was joined by several more
