The Pines at Roanoke

This property has been advertising for months they have 3 bedrooms available, however every time I call to inquire about one, I’m told there are none available. Apparently both their management approved ads on Zillow and Trulia are wrong and they’ve been trying to get it fixed🤔for 2 months!?!

1. We have paid every month, on time, no problem, even early and yet they are RAISED our rent. 2. If you have an issue, they will tell you they ‘don’t hear it, see it, smell it’, etc. Eyes covered, ears shut, nose plugs on.....Sigh 3. Poor to no accessibility. Especially parking. 4. Luxury.... they are nice enough, but not for $1,000+ a month and rising (for people that pay on time). And maintenance (spread thin), they work as hard as they can. Also cooking smells. Ick ughhhhh.

There are many reasons for this 5 star rating and here are some of them 1. Exceptional management team where Mr.Jeff, Miss Katina and Miss Shayla works very hard to make sure the residents are always taken care of. 2. Great neighbourhood with helpful and courteous neighbours. 3. Very well maintained property with quick response to service requests. Expert maintenance technicians! Thank you!

Had a great experience during my visit at The Pines! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Nice clean grounds! Would definitely recommend calling The Pines home.
