James was very personable and he listened to us when he asked about any problems we were having. He showed us how to upload the application so I could send in the maintenance problems that were found during the inspection.

By far the worst property management group I have ever rented from they will block you from sending cash payments to Walmart if you have nsf fees which was out of my control bc my account was hacked all my money was taken and I even sent them an email to not deposit the checks and they did anyways would not respond back to me until after they tried to evict me over it and then charged me fees out the butt and even so expect me to pay extra fees to mail the money orders overnight so they can ensure they get their money and if I dont pay extra to overnight it and it gets lost in the mail like the last payment did then they charge you late fee and legal fee and start eviction process this place is a joke and I am putting in my notice and moving out they will not stress me out another day when I am already doing the best I can do in these hard times we live in and the way they talk to you like you are a child and scolding you I am an adult and I know when my bills need to be paid smh so if you are thinking about renting from these people run far away bc its not worth your time or sanity the only person I have the utmost respect for is Kevin he is very compassionate and talks to you with some sense and doesnt make you feel like a child and he will work with you to the best of his ability with his kindness and understanding!!!
