        Ive used Costco Hearing Aids for 5+ years & had them cleaned by Costco every 3 months. Not anymore, Charles told me,, youre gonna have to clean them yourself. So watch me. This is not the customer service I have received over the last 5+ years. Charles was abrupt, condescending and impatient. Icing on the cake? Another customer interrupts and says hes here to pick up hearing aids he left for cleaning! Wait. What? Im being harassed by Charles while another customer gets their hearing aids cleaned without hesitation. Unequal treatment and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Charles needs to find another job. Costco can deliver better service than this. I will not deal with Charles again!
