Great customer service and very detailed oriented. . Shana Provided details on the process of shipping off my Mothers hearing aid and accommodating me since my Mother is unable to physically come to the office. My Mother speaks highly of the doctors and Shanna! Great experience!

My wife was in dire need of hearing aids and we went to this location. We were greeted by Shana who treated us kindly and had everything ready for our appointment. After testing we did order hearing aids which have been a great help to my wife. Everyone there was very helpful and we will return periodically for follow-ups as needed

I love Shana personality. She greets you with a warm welcome; when you enters that office at 9738 Gayton Road; which gives you a sense of belonging. I am well please with the service they provide. Shana makes sure all your issues with your Insurance matters are fully takes care. Shana is right on point and you couldn't ask for a better person. Thank you Shana for what you do. You are Awesome!!! Tyler is an exceptional person with a great Personality and so Professional. Tyler takes time with you and he sees your needs are met. He explains everything very clearly, so you understand how your hearing aids works best for you. If you feel something uncomfortable about your hearing aids call or just come in for any adjustments and he will be more than happy to assist you. Tyler is fantastic!!!
