Richmond Hearing Doctors

Great explanations, plenty of time in appointments, repeat visits available for corrections or issues all make this office a top-notch place to get hearing aids! Every audiologist I've met with at the office has been outstanding! My recent visit with Dr.Leah Hunt Ball was top-notch. She provided me with answers to all my questions and helped with a current hearing aid issue.

Wonderful staff very nice but when we (Wife and I) walked into the practice no one was at the reception desk. We waited 10 minutes or so and then I went to the door which had a buzzer and opened it two or three times. Finally someone came out to greet us. The Appointment went very well and the fee very reasonable. I needed hearing aids, I knew this before showing up. In the end I settled on one of the better aids at over 6K. No issue other than the little hiccup at the beginning. I had a question about payment and called the office at 12:40pm, no answer just voicemail. That is odd for a medical practice so I figured lunch maybe they close. I call the next day at 1:30pm and 2:45pm voicemail again, no answer. So I began to wonder if I have any issues how is it that I will actually reach someone other than voicemail? Perhaps I need to rethink this a bit.

The staff/Lisa were able to efficiently solve my problem with one quick visit to the office. So nice all staff are trained to help the customer.

Always professional and very helpful. They go out of their way to help me, even if I stop by unannounced. When you get to the point where you need hearing aids, you might as well deal with the best, and Richmond Hearing Doctors are the best!
