For 6 months I have been trying to update my address. How many employees does it take to change an address? 4 and the jury is still out. None of their employees know the difference between a physical address and a mailing address. Active listening skills are missing apparently. If I cant trust you to change my address properly, why should I trust you with my money?

Had to report fraud on my debit and credit card, Aug 21 and Aug 24. Fraud department canceled my cards. Then had to call member services for replacement cards. 7-10 days.. here we are 10 days later and I still dont have a bank card. Really disappointed in the customer service and each department giving me the run around telling me the cant help me and I need to call another department. Finally went in to the bank today since its the first of the month and I still have no card & they were able to print me out a new one but I still had to call in office and wait for cardholder services to cancel the one I never received. Overall a very poor experience.
