Audio Exchange

I have been enjoying audio gear from Audio Exchange for over 30 years. I just picked up a new McIntosh tube amplifier this weekend from them. They have a fantastic selection of gear for all price ranges, new and vintage. I have traded in much of my previous gear. I am happy they have put up with me and look forward to many years more. If you are interested in Hi Fi gear you owe it to yourself to stop in.

Great to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. I bought a turntable that was bad in the box from the factory. They spent hours making sure it was correct and making sure I was happy. Buy here and get the support you won't get online for the same price. Amazing record department as well.

I have been a customer for years. Bought high end components and sometimes just a record or two. Each time I am so impressed with how warm and accommodating the people are . Everyone, no matter the purchase size is treated by a knowledgeable and thoughtful staff. Nice to see a local business that really cares about your home experience. Just love those guys!

This audio store has been around a long time..in fact I bought my first set of high end speakers here, (Vandersteens), twenty-five years ago.. they're big on Macintosh, have a pretty nice selection of used & new equipment. Management has changed over the years. The selection, inventory has actually gotten better. Donny & Dave seem to run the show...Richmond does not have many brick & mortar stores like this..a place where one can come & see & feel the music. If you love music, if you still love a fine piece of stereo equipment check them out..
