        I went in the establishment today to switch my phone I shouldve turned around as soon as I walked in because I was greeted with a personal conversation versus hello how are you doing how may I help you! So I spoke first told them that I wanted to switch to metro I dont know if its a T or a she but it was very unprofessional and very unknowledgeable of local carriers and quite frankly seemed a little upset that I interrupted her conversation versus the potential sale that was standing in front of her or it! if you value your dollar, time and professionalism even at a phone store run to the next establishment because this one is not it.

        I went into this location because I lost one of my phones so I had to bring in a replacement phone. I was charged an activation fee which I was told I wasnt supposed to pay for! The young lady that assisted me assured me that my phone would be up and running about 2 hours! Well 6 hours later in on the phone with a rep who in return did everything she could do but couldnt get my phone working because the young lady (wish I knew her name) either or a bad SIM card in my phone or she didnt completely activate it. So I called to the location a few minutes ago. A got answers the phone and I asked who I was speaking with so I could address him properly! He would give me his name he just kept saying metro name is metro pcs! And then he hung up! This location has poor people skills and they are so freaking rude nor do they know what theyre doing!!!
