      image The service is bad! Theyre slow when it comes to serving customers. Whether its the drive-thru or inside. And they cant keep anybody as employees are concerned! And the scripts are ALWAYS READY when they are supposed to be!!!

      image Rite aid customer for over 12 years. This pharmacy, they rarely answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold or hang up on you. Their tone alone screams they can't stand their job. I call in my refills and get a call saying they are ready, go to the store an hour later and still have to wait. This has happened several times. My doctor sends prescriptions in and they never call to say they are ready so I have to call or go in personally. Im switching pharmacies due to the hassle.

      image This place is always slow. Prescriptions never ready on said time. They never answer the phone. The small wrinkly white lady is beyond rude! Shes gross to customers!!!!

      image Pharmacy takes days to fill medications. I did not have that problem at Kroger Harris teeter Walgreens. My insurance is why I use rite aide.
