Pharmacy is horrible. Made us come back every 4 hours for two days saying the Rx would be ready next time. It was an antibiotic for my daughter and they wouldn't release it to another pharmacy.
Wait time was always 30 minutes or more. They ignore you in the drive through until you go inside, sick and spreading germs.

I have only been using this one since September and NEVER in my life have I had such issues... They NEVER answer the phone or call back. Several times I have had to go without my medications because they are "out", but they never relay that message or communicate. I have even had it sent to another location, that was a task in itself... it would go over easier if this Rite Aid would answer the phone! I would give zero stars if I could; I don't understand how a pharmacy can be so uncaring about customer medications...

Never answer the phone. They always have an excuse. Theyve been super busy for the past 3 years but never have anyone I. The store. They lie. Told me they just received my RX when my dr sent it the night before. I e tried to call bc Ive had questions on how to take my prescription, cant get ahold of anyone. I had been waiting for a rescue inhaler since 9 am, I waited until 4 to call them, they told me I would have to wait until 6pm to get it. I asked them to put it on hold so another rite aid could fill it and they never did. Had to have another rite aid call and get it transferred for me. Their customer service is horrible. The pharmacy tech Kia is very rude. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST! Please do not let them set the standard for rite aid. This pharmacy just needs to be shut down. Patients should not have to suffer bc of poor management!

I only give it a 3 star cause everyone today was excellent at there job EXCEPT Madison. MADISON should not be allowed in customer service! My wife just got major dentist work done and was really hard for her to talk clearly and Madison just started getting agitated and having a attitude and then when I said about her having a attitude for what ever reason she turned around quick and got in like fight mode like she was about to fight me. Like this is not the rite aid I wanna go to if theres people like that there. How ever every one else including the pharmacist was excellent. And then Madison kept arguing and denying that she could enter a card manually through the pin pad with my wife and then the pharmacist clearly said for us to hear yea you can enter it in manually. And not one apology from Madison.
