Waited on hold for over 30 minutes just for nobody to answer and then they hung up on me. I literally have to drive there just to ask for a refill on my medication,
Or to ask if its even available. Do better, Walgreens.

Very rude pharmacy tech who kept me on hold over 15-minutes. She instructed me to come in as she tried to put it through my secondary insurance. When I arrived to pick up my medication she acknowledged me but walked without saying anything. After waiting at the counter for awhile, I finally asked her what was going on with my prescription. She told me to sit down as it still had not been put through my secondary insurance. As I waited she yelled at the computer several times hitting the keys over and over, its not working!
Finally another tech behind the counter was able to put it through successfully. She never explained the issue or apologized for my wait. I will be changing to another Pharmacy as they show me a lack of respect and demonstrate they dont want my business. Ill let my money do the walking
