They lie to you, charge you items that you didn't ask for under the impression that the item/s are free. When you ask for a manager to get your money back that they over charged you they tell you they can't do anything about it without a managers approval, if you can get a hold of a manager which could take a wk or 2 if you get your money back at all. Their customer service sucks. They don't care about the customer & will do anything under handed to get your money, & then refuse to give your money back. Do not go to this chain of stores unless you want to get screwed. If you go to the location of 1800 east little Creek Rd next to the banque country & Western bar the cashier with teeth jewels was my cashier, if this is how they train their employees then I suggest you stay far away from their franchise of stores, in the end of you complaining they will smile in your face & tell you to have a Blessed Day.

Between never having anything I want, and the lack of customer service, I would drive a little further to a different MetroPCS verses this one.

I would not recommend this store to no one. They lie to you. They slip things into your bag when your not looking and then charge you for it.You ask one plan they sell a different one. They you to get it fixed the managers not around and doesn't even return employee's phone calls or texts and they tell you they don't have the owners number. We were given a number for an operation's number and we were told she just deliver phones. If call corporate there is no one in Virginia. As for the one star I only gave it because I had no choice for the app If that is not bad enough they smile at you have a blessed day. This place is worse then shady car dealerships and there is law against that.As far as the higher ratings on this site their either family members or paid.
