This is the worst reality company I have ever had to deal with. After repainting the house we rented for four years twice they still sent me a bill for over five grand. I worked on cleaning and repainting that house for weeks everyday after working and having two kids to take care of. These people absolutely suck !

I rented from this amazing couple for 2 and a half years. They care tremendously about their tenants and the people they manage property for. Absolutely the best landlords I've ever had in my life. If I ever end up in this area again, I would call them immediately and know I would be taken care of. Any friends I have that intend to rent in this area, I would also send their way. Can't thank them enough for being the awesome humans they are!

AVOID! Its been a while since I worked with this group. But Id like to say they also did everything in their power to keep my entire deposit. I scrubbed the house ceiling to floor and went above and beyond up keeping the home. After I had been out of the home for weeks, they claim to have found infantile bed bugs, which by life cycle, could not have existed weeks before. When I attempted to contact them about their ridiculous claims, they dodged me completely and never responded. I would have taken the issue much further legally had I not been moving across country. Absolutely avoid if you can. I put them in the crook category.

While intending on renting a property for my PCS I got approved and got a lease that was extremely long. Reading through it they incorrectly did math on the number of days prorated this lead me to having a few questions. Upon calling Anne Myer she clearly is trying to get off the phone without answering any questions. I then get a call back from her husband. He tells me I offended his wife and I need to apologize or they won't lease to me. It's my right to ask questions and the entire interaction was completely unprofessional and clear they were trying to have me blindly sign a lease. Ridiculous scam of a company. Just avoid at all costs.
