We were suppose to view a property at 1 and they told us to call them when we arrived so they can give us the code. they never answered the phone. we called we texted we emailed no response. we sat at the property for 45 minutes and no one ever responded

Communication is horrible and for it to be a property management business makes it even worse. Im interested in a property that just so happens to be maintained by this company unfortunately. I reached out number times via phone (got the voicemail every time) and their preferred backup method via text and finally got a single reply today just asking what property. I received no follow up regarding my reply after giving the address. The part that makes this even crazier is Im looking for a property management company to maintain my house due to me needing more space for my child. I was going to give this company at a shot but with this kind of poor communication I rather let my dog run it. Reach out to chick-fil-a and get the recipe for customer service also dont forget to hire more people to answer the phone.
