My rentals properties are managed exceptionally well. Liz Moore has a team of professionals involved in the care and maintenance of the properties. When a property is onboarded, pictures are taken and tenants interviewed and told what to expect from the management teams. Afterwards, Tenants are able to talk with someone if they have an issue and get it resolved immediately. The transfer process to Liz Moore & Assoc Property Management was definitely a smart decision. I couldn't believe the difference.

I had a wonderful experience with Virginia Payne, who stepped in and assumed the management of my newly purchased investment property several weeks after the closing.
