Everything was great until the problems with the house started! Hardwood floors buckled because of moisture under the house and in 3 years was never fixed or addressed. Squirrels lived in the attack and was told its a rodent Im responsible but they didnt send anyone to fix how they were getting in. We also were not able to renew or even buy the property which had been discussed at the lease signing. Upon the end of our lease approaching we had been informed we would not be able to renew for undisclosed reasons. Upon asking why we had been informed we had to move basically just because never given an actual reason. Upon checking mail for months after changing the address with usps it has become apparent that the Days themselves live at the said residence! Bad business on their part! Never once was my rent late and no complaints had ever been made about us. We treated the house as it was our own and many problems arose that had been taken care of at our expense as they were tedious. Day house enterprises was a good company to rent from especially being a Pitt bill owner however the dishonesty from Jathan Day is unacceptable and unforgivable.
