        Staff is very unprofessional and rude. Ive gone back and forth for a month on PAYING THEM money but continuous got the run around about them not being able to see my account. Call yesterday and spoke with Jenn Jack, which is a manager surprisingly, and her attitude is very nasty. Not helpful and not willing to answer any questions. With that the lack of communication is appalling as they dont respond to emails or call backs. I have several emails Ive sent for supporting documentation. If this staff is who represents Associa as a whole its very unfortunate how they treat homeowners within their association.

        I am extremely dissatisfied with the inspections and association. Additional items were added a year after original inspection and this is not what I agreed to or what was discussed in our conversation. I have new trim around all the downstairs windows. A staff member did reply to my email this week. There is an ongoing pattern of not returning phone calls or addressing concerns.
