I'm surprised at the negative reviews. We have been Renting An office from them for almost a year And have been nothing but happy with him. Our request for maintenance Is taken care of very quickly and thoroughly. Carly, Teresa, and Taylor have all been wonderful to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending them As landlords.

Do not rent from this company! I called to complain about mold and i got kicked out been here 7 years!! The woman who runs it if she does not like you or if you ask her to fix something she will kick you out And she gets away with it for some reason! I think i know why!! BEWARE OF THIS CORRUPT BUSINESS!!

If you love cockroaches, go ahead and rent from them. Do not be surprised when they charge YOU a pet fee when you complain.

If I could level no stars I would. We rented from this company for almost 5 years and they have NEVER taken care of things that needed to be done. We were without heat for 2 winters because they insisted that it was fixed but the 3rd winter they finally came by and fixed the issue and was told to kick the Furnace if the heat stopped working that he would order the part we needed to make it work seamlessly. We called for weeks and they never came back to fix this issue. They came to replace our rusted shower but covered it up and a WINDOW with a vinyl shower/tub without taking out the window out or properly sealing the window so not only did water leak from the rain between the walls it was going under the tub and rotting the floor. They didnt care about this issue at all because it was already fixed. We also a issue with mouses and they refused to come out to fix the issue. The roof was also cracking and causing some safety concerns and they didnt seem to care to fix that either on top of MANY other issues that they have refused to fix. They are very rude on the phone and have hung up on us MULTIPLE times. DO NOT rent from these people they are scammers and do not take care of their tenants. We also asked for the things to be properly fixed and they gave us a 30 day notice to move out with our 9 month old baby. These people should not be aloud to own a rental company
