Inaccurate charges. Some nimrod either cant manage their books and intentionally committing fraud. My attorney will bring all of this out very soon. Shady practices STAY AWAY!!!!!

there email is not working, neither they answer phones.....the property at Jamestown apartments is the worst place to rent in life.... lets not talk about the front desk and some girl called Maggie that does everything else but her job is the worst office ive ever dealt with.... NOT ONLY THAT, WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH THE RENTERS WATER BILL IS SO FUNNY THAT ITS LOOKING MORE ILEGAL EVERY DAY... BUT THE DAY WILL COME TO AN END WHEN YOU GUYS DO IT TO THE WRONG PERSON THAT HAS KNOWDLEDGE OF HOW TO FIGHT IT BACK

This is just another shady property management company. Dont waste your time or money dealing with them. I moved into one of their properties and the woman Maggie who worked in the office when I applied was no longer working there by the time I moved in. Theres two women Jamelle (could be spelling that wrong) and Madison in there now. Almost two weeks after moving in I get a notice from the regional property manager Tracy about a balance so I called and Madison said it was a $300 amenities fee that I was never told about and was not in any documentation I signed. All she kept saying was Im sorry. I tried speaking with Jamelle about it as well and she was extremely unprofessional as well and blamed all of this on Maggie. And this wasnt the only fee they tried springing on me. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague because if you dont know your rights they will try to get over on you.
