Whoever answers the phone when you call is extremely rude. Its as if she cant be bothered to do her job. I wasnt surprised to come to Google and see the horrid reviews this company has.

I lived in a HOA for about 6 or 7 years. It's a terrible business. They tried to fine me for something I didn't do. It took me sending them a nasty email to get it resolved. It isn't easy to get in touch with their office. I've called their office many times in the past. Sometimes, no one answers at all, or no one will get back to you. They cut the water off once without warning on a weekend, and no one was at their offices to fix it. Went the whole weekend without water. If it wasn't for the community HOA, cause there are two, keeping them in check-in, I'm sure we would have had more issues. If you see their name attached to your home, don't live there. I'll give it two stars. I don't feel justified in giving them one. I will say they fixed the parking. However, it took forever for that to happen. Side note: Depending on where you live, you will likely pay for (2) HOAs.
