Riverlands Apartments

Halfway into my second year here and I just wanted to say I love Riverlands. while there maybe a few issues they are making the changes I like to see. There are so many abandoned vehicles around the property. It's a shame management doesn't notice the same cars never move. There's a red pickup by 704 that never moves. They towed it during the paving and moved it right back lol get it out of here ! I'll just call when the plates expire then they'll have to come get it. Our building is supposed to have a key but people keep breaking them off so it's not locked rn. That's my only concern but otherwise I love it here.

You can smell weeds in every buildings here even its none smoking. Maintenance is so poor you will never get fixed broken cabinets or air conditioning or windows etc. so I recommend weed smokers live here better. Zero star

Its late and i just got home from a long day at work and also a very long drive. However I want to just say thank you to Mrs Reed and Kim, and to the entire Riverlands staff for making sure that our community is welcoming and extremely taken care of at all times from grounds to maintenance to customer service. I vowed to never move back to east end Newport News but life sometimes have u go back in full circle and sometimes God has a blessing for u there. However I am glad that I lived here and I am big on writing reviews so I have to share my experiences. Riverlands is by FAR THE BEST COMMUNITY IN EAST END NEWPORT NEWS. Its a hidden gem and an oasis. Extremely quiet and beautiful.
