You should rethink living here. They do not have ceiling fans as stated or central lighting and no longer cover any utilities starting this August, rent has already been raised from inflation with no accommodations or concerns for current residence.Upkeep of the overall structure/interior of the apartment is lacking including rust,water stains, appliances broke within my first 3mo.Paper thin ceilings and walls are a constant inconvenience as well as poor plumbing.Save your money and go somewhere nice for the same price or less. They are SCAMMERS

This has been a smooth process. The office staff was helpful, patient and transparent and also very quick to process my application. On move in day everything was explained thoroughly and I even did a walk through with maintenance before I moved things in. I have noticed a few things that need to be addressed and I have communicated these items with the rental office in hopes of everything getting resolved. The kitchen cabinets were not painted, the refrigerator and dishwasher were the old kind and I was told that they should've been updated. My dishwasher made a weird squealing sound when I tried to use it and is not pushing any water out, the refrigerator also makes a loud sound. So, I have reported the items and hopefully they are resolved.
So far so good though! I love my apartment! Community is nice, people are nice and quiet.
