Apartment complex. Love living here. Office staff is a different story

Roaches everywhere, they show it off like its high quality and up to date and its not. Prices are ridiculous for the quality of living and theyll charge you $160 late payment fees every time they have an error on their end. I hate this place 10/10 do not recommend living here

Do not move here by any means. I have lived here for almost a year and im finally fed up with the amount of COCKROACHES I find in my apartment. I clean my apartment weekly and never eat in my bed room, yet I've found cockroaches coming out of the vent in my bedroom. I have found multiple nymph cockroaches which signify a nest/infestation. During the summer time you will find at least one cockroach weekly in your apartment and outside you will see them on the stairs before walking up in groups. They also show you this really nice 2b 2b showroom apartment that looks super nice, however, your apartment will not look like that at all. When I first walked into my apartment it smelt like straight weed. and if you don't care about cockroaches in your apartment every week INSPECT your apartment before signing anything and be prepared to walk. I was not told that I would be given a fireplace and yet they switched me from the original apartment that I wanted to this one that does have a fireplace where cockroaches come from. OVERPRICED, this place is not a luxury apartment it has a very cheap remodel where they probably hired the cheapest contractors to do the work. The flooring is super cheap, whoever painted my apartment before I moved in did not care about the fiber optic wiring and pulled it out of the wall completely destroying it. I had to have Verizon come and rewire the fiber optics completely which took a week. Also their POC guy who does the Verizon is terrible he just cares about the sale good luck actually getting good customer service from him, the other lady for Cox didn't even answer. The staff are nice here, the dudes that ride the golf carts are cool and are cordial. Unfortunately the quality of life here is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Honestly I'm so happy Im moving out this month, I wake up multiple times a night in fear that their is a cockroach in my bed. Also don't trust their program where you can ask residents about the place. Those people are incentivized to get you to move there so they can get a discount on there rent. Its 100% disingenuous. I also posted some pictures of the different types of cockroaches I've found in the apartment.
