The store manager a pretty and cheerful young lady, checked on me and the service I had received. I complimented her on having such a knowledgeable, helpful, customer oriented staff. Its clear she has done a wonderful job with her team at the Mechanicsville, Verizon location. She even walked me to the door, holding it open for me while thanking me. Although, the store stays extremely busy, the representatives are very kind, patient and knowledgeable as well as having wonderful attitudes. Especially, Kevin, George, and the store manager.
I left with a new cell, new phone number, new account as well as cell accessories. Thank you Mechanicsville Verizon team for such EXCELLENT service!!!
