This store always have items that I need I use to get my medications here but my insurance athem said that I have to use CVS what a joke never ever has a problem with walgreen CVS you might get you medications in few days We pay for our insurance we should be able to pick where we get our medications from

Man if you saw the look I got from the cashier because I asked if she can use my card on file as she nastily says we dont do that. Since when? When I walked to the pharmacy to pick up my medication a few minutes later in the same building, guess what? They used my card on file. But no. Because she doesnt know what shes doing, I have to walk to my car. Which is fine if she wasnt so rude about it. Pharmacy is great. No complaints. The pharmacy tech with curly hair is awesome.

I was waiting 8 hours for my pain medication, when I finally called them to check why it takes so long I was told it will be ready next day, started arguing and my medication was ready in next 20 min, when I arrived to pick it up and asked them why patients have to wait 8 hrs for their medication the response was I dont know with the smile on his face,

Waited 25 min for Pharmacy to answer phone. Ended up hanging up. Drove through and still waited 15 min.
