my Doctor sent my refill for my insulin and blood thinner CVS saying we are out of stock both medications We will let you known when they are available . You call them you are left on hold you call there corporate office they are so stupid time to contact a lawyer

Even if you schedule a prescription refill well in advance, they still find a way to mess it up. Problems have ranged from not having medication in stock for weeks at a time to not actually contacting the dr with questions on an urgent medication for days. A couple of the pharmacists are nice and try to be helpful, but Ive had to talk to others who talk over me when Im asking a question and are generally rude. The only reason I asked the er to send my prescriptions there was because theyre 24 hour, but after a hour of them processing I called to ask for a timeframe and they said they wouldnt be filled until at least 8am. I should have just sent them to my preferred pharmacy.

It's a terrible staff, they don't try to help people.

Almost everyone that works there is rude, Zero customer service, the Most unprofessional staff, they just hate working there
