The pharmacy is terrible. My provider sent my prescription around 8am 3:50pm still hadn't been filled. Them telling 10/20mins. You had 8 hours. I had dentist appointment at 4:30pm and now will have to go back tomorrow. I'm not using them again.

Worst customer service experience; I am done with Walgreens. Typically, I refrain from posting reviews, but I felt compelled to share this incident to ensure management is aware of what's happening in their store. I completed my checkout at 6:37 PM today and upon returning home, I realized that the Pokmon my child had chosen was missing from our bag. Initially, my kids had selected two Pokmon, but we ultimately decided to purchase just one. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the manager became involved. I prefer not to mention the names of either the cashier or the manager, but manager said she would review the camera footage. After a 30-minute wait, during which she implied that my child had taken the toy and I was insisting we did not, I called home to get more information. That's when I discovered my family had placed it on the counter (the extra one) and the one that we paid was never put in the checkout bag. I was judged today based on incomplete information; the manager only viewed part of the situation on camera and missed the full context from another angle (manager said she does not have access to all camera), which eventually led to me discovering where the additional item was placed to resolve the issue.
