Yes the director is rude and goes by Jay she also gave me the hardest time was unprofessional and hostile.

WARNING This daycare is simply the worst thank God I didnt move forward with my 3kids problems started before they can even be register the new Direction was Rude gave me the hardest time communicating the worst I was 3 Hours late for work I meet the Director from before (PAST) and was very pleasant this new blonde headed Lady was the worst I ever came across IN the 25 yrs of daycare with all my 5kids I definitely dont recommend this Daycare especially if its under the care of this individual. If I can give ZERO start I definitely would!!!!

I really like Carousel Academy My kids are so happy in this friendly place they have a wonderful teachers and they learn a lot of good things.

I like this academy very much my son is very happy here and I like the teachers here because they are very disciplined
