image Daughter went here for 2's through PreK4 and had an amazing experience. We always felt like she was in good hands. The director, Ms. Veronica runs a great program. Our daughter went into kindergarten fully prepared thanks to Sunbeam. I never had any issues or negatives throughout our 3 years here.

image Do not take your infant baby here!!! I usually dont write bad reviews BUT this doesnt fee right on my heart. We went to this facility due to a friend recommendation. He said that his baby loves to go to daycare here and he leaves at night pretty content. Ok, so first day at daycare for our 7mo boy. We told the teachers wed leave him there for three hours to ease him in daycare. I wish I wouldve never taken my baby there!!! I walked into the infants room and the first think I saw was my baby CRYING uncontrollably ALONE in a high chair in the corner!! And COCO the teacher was chewing something and looking outside through the window. NOT attending to my baby. I understand that thy have other kids and they have to care for them equally but to be my sons first day at daycare and he was there for three hours she shouldve been more attentive to him. He didnt stop sobbing for 30 min after picking him up. With that been said. We never went back and they didnt give us our $100 deposit back either. Shame on you coco horrible way to care for infants.

image We were customers here for approximately seven years spanning two children. When we started here up until about 18 months ago this would have been a five star review. If you read the other reviews, I would have concurred with them during the time they were written. This is no longer that same place. There has been a noticeable decline in service here over the last 10-12 months. The majority of the senior staff is gone, and has been replaced with 18-20 year olds. At times it resembles more of a babysitting operation than an early/pre-K learning environment. The rules and policies are subject to change without notice, they are arbitrarily made without input from parents. The current environment resembles more of a cult like atmosphere with the masking of 2/3 year olds and up all day long. Even on the playground it can be seen. What a horrible environment for any child that young to live through. The communication is not reliable, as you may pick up your child with someone else's clothes on, or wearing a mask without ever informing the parents. The lack of trust is the main issue, the Director struggles at times to be forthright and honest with parents about policies, rules and procedures. We tried to stay loyal customers up to the very end, but the continual rapid decline in service became overwhelming. In this current environment, I would strongly caution against sending your child here. This is not the same place it once was.

image We have been with Sunbeam for over 2 yrs now and couldnt be happier with the quality of care and education they provide. From the nursery on up we are endlessly amazed by the love and kindness of the staff. They genuinely care for all of the children and build such amazing bonds with them. The small class sizes are awesome! I love seeing my little come home doing things we know she learned at school. She LOVES going to Sunbeam and its wonderful seeing that same joy from the other kids that go there too. The staff provides a well structured and fun learning environment for each of the kids and their creativity is off the charts! I also appreciate that they are are always communicating with us parents on how our little is doing and things we can do to support her at home. This was a great help with things like learning colors and potty training. It was great being on the same page to tag team in supporting my little.
And as for all their amazing efforts during the past year and a halfWOW!!! They always went above and beyond and upped the bar when all this began. None of us had an instruction manual as this all began. Working in a medical environment for 17yrs with yearly OSHA training I was pleased to see the quick changes made, as all the info coming in was so fluid, to make sure they were doing everything possible to keep everyone safe. Sunbeam has such a caring and hardworking staff that goes all out in making sure all the children in their care have a healthy and safe environment to learn in.
So, if youre looking for an amazing learning environment for your child to flourish, paired with staff that cares for your child like family you have found it in Sunbeam.
