Dropped off my package for a 2day AM delivery at 5:45pm on a Tuesday for a Thursday by 12pm delivery. It did not get processed until 1pm on Wednesday and now won't get to my client until Friday by 12pm after they need it. I called customer service and they were completely not helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they couldn't transfer me and proceeded to hang up on me. I have had a business account with them for years and now I'm thinking I need to look elsewhere for better reliable delivery and customer service. I rarely leave reviews but I am so upset about how this process has been handled.

There were 4 people behind the counter " chatting" when I walked in. Not a single one of them acknowledged my presence, not with a look or greeting. I had to literally stand right in front of a person who was on the computer to get acknowledged. Not a hello, just a "Are you here to drop off"? wno smile, no greeting. He picked up my box and gave a receipt.
Is this what they call "customer service"? What is happening!? At least teach your employees to greet your customers with "Hello" and"Thank you for choosing FedEx"

This fedex store provided the worst customer service I have experienced! I would not recommend using this store even if its your only option for the day!
