        I love the stylists here! I have been with my stylist since 2009, she does exceptional work and goes above and beyond to ensure her client is happy with their hair.       Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear we ended a 10 year streak of delighting you with our services. We received three iterations of your Google review and it is still unclear to us where we went wrong. It is not our best practice nor do we prefer to have our clients bring in their own products and tools. Transitioning to using over the counter color products was and is not recommended. However, as a courtesy to you since you were a long time guest of ours, we made an exception. We went above and beyond to service, style, and provide you with the best experience here at Indigo Hair Studio.
