Okay, I got my hair done here on Jan. 6. Was super clean, very nice, and great music! She was also really quick (I didn't even get into my snacks)! More importantly, a week later, I went to see a movie, and a girl complemented my braids. Her hair color looked amazing so we asked each other where we got our hair done. It was here!

After having such a horrible experience with Jenna, I went to another stylist that actually knew what she was doing. She quickly identified that I actually have 4B hair and a rod set would work just fine.  I'm still angry that Jenna had the nerve to charge me full price for the mess she created. Then had the audacity to tell me to come back in and she would finish styling the next day! What?! I attended a meeting looking a hot mess and she expected me to come back for more embarrassment? Ridiculous. Had she owned up to her ineptitude AND reasonably reduced the fee for the mess she made, I would have forgone the review and simply never returned. But future customers beware!  You may be fleeced coming and going, just like me.

I got my hair braided for the first time as I've been growing my hair during the pandemic. Jenna was very nice and her studio is clean. I had a great experience overall and my coworker shared the same feedback. I will be returning here and would recommend Jenna for anyone! Thank you Jenna

So glad that I found Jenna.  An all day braiding job took no longer that 4 hours.  Jenna is very efficient, friendly and thorough.  I will be going to her from now on!!!
