I had a great experience at this salon. I love the new online booking system and the new stations . Leena is amazing with extensions and Janaya is amazing with the color. The braiders are amazing as well.

Honestly if I could rate the salon a 0 stars I would. My daughter had made an appointment to get highlights and finger waves. Her appointment was originally with Lina. She got a text the day before her appointment from Lina stating that she had a family emergency but to still go to her appointment which was at noon on Wednesday March 20th. My daughter spent 4 hours at the salon for her to leave in tears with her hair still wet and not complete. $320 for a job that was not complete is not acceptable in any way shops or for. She is a new parent and this was supposed to be a treat for her which ended up being a nightmare. I called back on Monday March 25 and spoke to Lina to let her know the concerns that my daughter had with the stylist Janai. She then offered to make it right by offering to do my daughters hair today Friday March 29. She made an appointment for her at noon to come in and correct her hair. My daughter arrived to her appointment and again Lina was not there. I called her and she informed me that she was in an accident and that she was going to get her other car and would be there shortly. So yet again my daughter was in the parking lot for 3 hours. When she went inside Lina began to interrogate her. Then she went on to tell my daughter that she didnt include detangling in her appointment but that Janai didnt charge her for that service. She told me that it took 30 mins for her to detangle it. Which is fine. But I did make an appearance to the salon with my grand daughter when my daughter was in the chair and in that 20 mins Janai was with another client and never even came over to her. Kind of pissed that 2 adults thought that it would be cool to gang up on a younger adult who already has self esteem issues. I understand them not wanting to refund her all of her money but something would have been great instead of playing means girls. I all fairness my other daughter was completely happy with Fifis service when she had her hair done. But for the owner to engage in mean girls activities just did it for me. Never again would I recommend anyone there. Trust me I am in sales as well and I was told by Lina that she would call me back when she left the office today and shocker that never happened. But she was nice enough to tell me that they are the best salon i Herndon for my daughters hair which is laughable at this point. 7 hours and 2 days and still nothing was accomplished with my daughters hair. I would recommend thinking twice and to them maybe changing their website for people to better understand what they are getting into.
