Paul is a top notch realtor! I cannot refer him enough, he really went above and beyond for us! He took amazing photos of the house we were selling (we had accepted an offer within 30 hours), he showed us countless homes and was so patient along the way. He communicates so effectively, he is approachable & very kind. My kids still ask when will we see Mr.Paul again because he was always so kind to them as well. If youre looking for a realtor that will have your back & is insanely knowledgeable, Paul is your guy!

We recently worked with Paul to purchase a new construction condo in Sterling, VA. While we are familiar with other parts of northern VA, we are not familiar with Sterling. Paul provided insights into the area focusing on the attributes that we conveyed were important to us. He delivered objective advice on the various condos/builders we visited, subtly imparting advice on features, layout, and amenities based on our stated preferences. He also was able to refresh our memories and compare/contrast the features of the various units. During the final walk-through, Paul accompanied us flagging numerous punch list items for remediation that we did not see. When the builders lender was unable to close on time and was plagued by internal inefficiencies, mistakes, and delays, Paul offered to assist in securing a local lender. If youre looking for a top-notch agent, look no further; Paul is your guy.

I highly recommend Paul. He's very easy to work with, doesn't pressure you, and is very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and made the buying process seamless and painless. Plus his rebate is the best in the business. It's a no brainier to work with Paul!
