I recently retired and was downsizing and moving to Richmond Virginia for a quieter pace of life. I was looking to sell my house that I lived in for 25 years. And they were lots of little things that needed to be fixed, although the house was in good shape overall. The thing is, in order for me to move, I needed some cash to quickly purchase a home in Richmond. And I didnt wanna go through a real estate agent and pay a large commission and have contracts being submitted with contingencies and then contracts falling through etc., etc. So, I stumbled across home sale solutions to my great good fortune. Dan White and willl Harvey are not only good men, also good, honest people. Will Harvey came over to my house the day after I called to ask them for a bid on my property.
