Howard, Kelly and Rosy helped make our dream of being home owners come true! Always available to show houses all over the 95 corridor. We had the best chance of getting first in line for showings and putting in bids. They know the market including selling agents. Always asked how we feel about each situation. Howard and Rosy are fantastic to work with and consummate professionals! Howard Swedes reputation as a Broker and Realtor was literally the only reason our bid was accepted over the multiple other offers we were competing with! I personally wouldnt choose any other realtor!
