        UPDATE: they called this morning and had a van available so Im thankful they followed up because Im in a emergency situation! Their entire system is terrible. Do not recommend. It makes zero sense I can rent a car on the phone with you guys then get a call back saying you dont have anything. WHAT?? Very frustrating will not deal with this again! It feels like they put priority to people needing rentals through their insurance company when it should be first come first serve.
