Budget Truck Rental

I was given a truck with the check engine light on. Employees are undertrained.

Do NOT do business with this place - they WILL rip you off. We dropped off our truck rental at a time they were supposed to be open. No one was there, so we dropped the keys in the drop box and left the sheet of paper also showing the drop off mileage. Two weeks later we get a $500+ charge on our credit card for who knows what (original rental was fully paid, and had cost $234). This company literally never answers their phone, I tried over 100 times over a period of a week. The national customer service line said the charge was supposedly for driving an extra 400+ miles which was a blatant lie (we only came from DC!). The national reps too, over 4 different days, could not get a hold of this location for a resolution (then unsurprisingly they couldnt help because it had to go to a supervisor, but apparently supervisors never work either and none were available when I called on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and two Fridays). Finally ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card, and I am so angry for the time wasted on this. This location, and Budget Truck in general, has no idea how to run a business. Save your money, sanity, and time by never doing business here.

Reserved a truck online,came to pick up.place was closed,truck was not available.guy told me they are local,out of network.not recomend for others.
