Hyatt Place Hampton Convention Center

Great stay from check-in to check out. I booked 2 rooms overnight while visiting my son at Hampton University, and all was perfect. Pleasant and super fast check-in w Tira. Spacious, clean, and well stocked rooms given. Excellent dining room/ bar experience w Tira. Comfy beds, pillows, and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Popular TV channel options and perfectly quiet sleep rest obtained. Awesome and delish FREE breakfast provided w many options for food and beverages. Check out was awesome and smooth. I would certainly stay here again and again while visiting Hampton!! Rooms: Spacious and clean. Safety: Very safe waking area and parking lot. Food & drinks: On site.

I'm loving the space but did not expect to see the roof when I lifted the shade I love a view. They had a Bible in the room. Room was clean, comfortable bed & the towels & wash cloth very soft.

Both my mother and myself received food poisoning from the Continental Breakfast eggs. The room service staff was rude and would not give us fresh towels when asked directly. The rooms with the King bed and pull out sofa bed was too small for two people. Too much smoking around the property however the location was convenient. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel is very convenient to lots of venues, but the service isn't all that great. The phones in room doesn't work and I feel that this is paramount for customer obtaining services. So if you need towels, trash bags, etc; you will have to use your cellphone to look up the hotel on the internet and then call the front desk.
