Best Western Hampton Coliseum Inn

This is a very good hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here. They have very moderate rates. The receptionist was very friendly. She was willing to assist and ensure we were comfortable. The rooms are spacious and very neat. The bath was clean and there was a constant supply of toiletries during our 3 days stay. The housekeeper did a great job. Best Western Hampton Coliseum Inn is strategically located. Its very close to shopping centers, restaurants and a gas station. They offer free continental breakfast with lots of fruits available. Theres a gym and a swimming pool in the hotel to help stretch your muscles each day. Theres access to 247 cappuccinos and fruit juice at the reception. They have a safe parking lot with very good lightening. We came from Massachusetts and you guys made us feel at home. Thanks yall. I highly recommend Best Western Hampton Coliseum Inn Rooms: Spacious rooms with all the amenities that one might need. The was an ironing board and an iron, hair dryer, coffee maker, tea, sugar, milk. The air-condition functioned well. I had great view outside since I was on the 3rd floor. Nearby activities: Shopping centers, gas stations, Hampton Inn Convention Centre and other hotels are close-by. Safety: Very safe place to be. Walkability: You can walk from the hotel to shops. The hotel is well situated. Food & drinks: Theres no restaurant in this hotel. However, they provide sumptuous breakfast. Noteworthy details: Its a good place to be. Value for money.

Puddle on the floor of the hotel room when we got there. No one was at the desk for me to tell. Told him when checking out and he said its because they mopped the floor and it wasnt dry yet. Toilet didnt flush fully either the entire stay. Ac didnt get cold. Breakfast was dry.

It would be nice to have a friendly person behind the desk. Strange things happened in our room. One bed made, the other not. Every day someone took the soap out of the bathroom even if they made the bed or not. The remote didn't work.

The room was spacious and clean, but we had water pouring through the roof panel above the shower. It was fixed the next day... apparently a problem in the room above ours. There was seldom anyone at reception to answer queries or offer help, although when staff were around, they were polite and friendly. The hotel is the perfect location for attending Hampton Aquaplex and has many restaurants in close proximity.
