In the beginning I felt they were frustrated with my questions. I did understand because, of the service they offer many people may call w/o serious inquiries. The pick up was great. I rented a Tesla Model 3. Ive rented this vehicle with other platforms. So I appreciated the experience the experience renting from A1 They offered a charging cable for home. Disappointed that I did have mishaps in charging. So any negative experience was on my part. I would recommend the service & gives a big break to going through the commercial companies. I would recommend A1.

The only reason they got one star because it wont allow you!!! If your spiritual dont go here. Read it businesses you deal with before you get scammed the way i did. There is no store front... They do all of their business through texting. I paid for unlimited knowledge from the beginning because they cars dont come with unlimited miles so i paid extra. Dealing with this company and they said I owed them a $103 for overmileage. When in fact, if you were charging me for over a mileage, it would be more than a $103. They dont even scam properly. Because I've been renting since January. And I just returned the vehicle. And I paid every 3 days... You will find out that the math will never add up which is a way to take your deposits. They will tell you that your car was not clean and on top of that. The day that I got the rental is the day that I had to get a whole new tire and pay out of my pocket. I was supposed to be reimbursed it states on my debit card they reimburse me the moment they took it out as well. Be careful when dealing with companies when there is not a store front. Because that usually means they have something to hide. They start off nice. But then they get real aggressive. And when you find out what they're doing and you ask they get mad and dont wanna talk and hang on you. You cant keep taking from God children. You cant speak constantly to a client and then when your caught than you dont remember me. I can reassure you they will go out of business just like all the others that did this to me. THEY STILL HARSH YOU!!! THEIR SO BORED AND MISERABLE. WATCH THEM ANCESTORS WORK IT OUT!! I don't see where I can update this information but best believe if you've dealt with this company. You already know how she is a liar and how she uses manipulation and threats to scare you. But of course, you can't scare a spiritual person. Because they are able to see inside of your whole life. Sometimes people don't realize who you are. God will send people in your direction just to clear things up meaning they have been doing things for so long when it comes to other people. A lot of people read these reviews and they get their own information from other people that have used the same business. They said that they do not provide unlimited mileage. Look what we have here and also if you take a look. This car place was a attach to a murder case... about a few month ago back. Door were kick in.
