Foxcroft Apartments

I have lived in these apartments going on three years and love the community. It is a very peaceful and quite place to live. My refrigerator happened to go out on me last month twice. I had to throw away food twice. I contacted the property manager. They replaced my refrigerator twice with two old ones from unoccupied units. I don't know how those people live but both times my refrigerator that was replace were very nasty. The first one had hair in it and had a bad smell to it. I cleaned it out and so did maintenance. Then that one went out. This last one has a smell and has baby roaches coming from it. I reached out to corporate as well but was re routed back to the property manager. It's one thing to have the big water bugs but the baby roaches are unacceptable and it's just nasty. I have asked several times to get a brand new refrigerator and has not gotten one yet.

We've lived here for almost 4 years without many issues. Maintenance is always quick to address concerns, property management is always kind and informative, and overall we have had a great experience. The few things that haven't been great are few, like there is really old plumbing that backs up sometimes and we do have issues with water bugs (spraying along the doorways helps) but we're also surrounded by trees. For the price, space, and neighborhood, Foxcroft One is definitely a place to consider living.

So...they deleted my first review. I wouldn't live here. They seem shady! I applied, she took my money. They denied me and wouldn't even tell me why! Which is ILLEGAL!
