We've been here almost a year and will NOT be renewing our lease. Should have known by the lack of communication before we moved in but that'smy bad. A week after moving in they lost the payment from moving in so we got an eviction warning. They had accounting errors for the next 2 months. They never answered the phone or returned messages so I constantly have to take off work to get anything resolved. Water bill was outrageous because of water leaks they took months to fix. Work orders take atleast 2 months to address (currently waiting on one to be addressed).
