Fraudulent institution - not even sure that it is legitimate bank. They failed to return money that they owed to me (keep saying that the check was in the mail!)

Primis bank has a very easy way to set up account. Took me no later then 15 minutes

Pro: highest interest rate I've ever earned for a checking account with a Visa debit card: 5.10%! Cons: if you have to call them for any reason, you'll wait 30+ minutes just to speak to an offshore call center. I found the ones I've spoken to were not very pleasant. Mobile deposits constantly reject for no reason. Says I didn't meet requirements but everything is filled out correctly! The app isn't great, especially for the mobile deposit as I constantly have to wait for it to time out to manually take the check photo. Free checks took forever to receive; I wondered if they were lost in the mail. But no, just took 3-4 weeks to receive. Bill pay is weird to me; I think it's challenging to use and you aren't really sure if you're picking the right vendor. If you don't care about these "extras" (I think they are basics quite honestly) and just want high interest, this bank is for you!
