        I'd leave zero stars if possible. The rep at the Galax office was rude, arrogant and pushy. My husband asked a question and he didn't even respond.

        This place is run by a bunch of liars who change clearly published policies on a whim. As you can see from all the 1 star reviews, good service here is spotty at best. Good luck if you roll the dice on this bunch of clowns.
