They charge you a service fee for tolls that is more than the toll itself. Even if your EZ Pass is in the car!

They are really well intentioned and nice/polite folks, but kind of disorganized. Ive rented from them 5 times this year and have been overcharged (by accident) 3 times, and they are always late when you request a pickup (sometimes up to an hour late). You kind of just have to have a ton of patience.

Had a really bad experiance with them,they charge me $228 extra and never give me a reason,friendly staff but extremely unprofessional.
