I went to pick up my new samsung ultra 23 and Justin was helpful and patient with all I needed to do! He transfered everything from my old phone to my new phone. Justin was knowledgeable, and explained everything so well. Justin customer service is 10/10 and he made sure everything I needed was done. Go to this Tmobile location and ask for Justin. You will be satisfied. He surpassed my expectations. I recommend my friends and family who have Tmobile service to Justin. You wont be disappointed. Thanks again Justin !!!!! Happy customer

I can't speak more eloquently or positively. The experience at this store has been outstanding and remarkable. The employees assisted and supported me with an issue I had brought up on a T-Mobile Retail store, even in the absence of a manager. If you're ever in the Stafford or Fredericksburg VA area, this is the go-to store for ANYTHING related to T-Mobile. You'll thank me later!!!
